There appears to be another side of this coin. There are some that won't serve and there are those that serve themselves into the ground. We have to have a balance in our lives, in which we have time for God, friends & family. I have seen, on numerous occasions where women will serve in the church but they have neglected their time with the Lord and certainly their time with their spouse. I don't believe that is God's plan... we can use the Martha & Mary story as a guide. Mary chose to sit at the feet of Jesus.
