On April 6th, 2008 the Highlands Christian Fellowship in Palmdale, California started the 40 Days of Purpose as outlined by Dr. Rick Warren, who wrote the book, “The Purpose Driven Life.”All over the Antelope Valley, hundreds on people have begun a journey to deepen their understanding of what their purpose is here on the earth. Each week, in over 80 homes, these people meet to discuss what they are discovering. Lives are being transformed.
“What on earth am I here for?” This is a question we all ask. This 40-day journey will help you find the answer to that fundamental question, and it starts with God. Discover the five-purposes he made you to uniquely fulfill in the world.
This “online” community is here to also share what God is speaking to you about, or to see what is going on with others who, like you, are on the same journey. Please feel free to share with the rest of us what you think as we go along. This is a not only a blog, but a forum where we can create our own community… your comments and postings are important.
